Claire South joined the Manuel Realty team as a licensed sales agent in July 2021. She moved with her three children from Kansas, and they have grown to love the town of Clarinda! From coaching soccer to attending football games, the warmth of the community has created a special place in Claire's heart. As a real estate professional, Claire truly cherishes learning each unique story as she helps clients achieve their homeownership goals. In addition to real estate, she has been introduced to the world of agriculture. As an assistant administrator at AgriVision Equipment, Claire enjoys forming relationships with farmers in surrounding communities and learning about the land that keeps Iowa thriving. Tracy lives in the Clarinda area with her husband, Vince. Between them, they have 5 kids and love watching them build their own lives. Tracy joined Manuel Realty in 2016 as the office manager and in 2024 earned her real estate salesperson license. Mike has been serving Southwest Iowa's real estate needs since 1979. Raised in Clarinda, IA Mike has seen a lot of development & growth in the area. He prides himself on his knowledge of the area homes and commercial buildings. While operating a successful restaurant in Clarinda Mike decided to go farther with his real estate career and achieve his broker’s license in 2006.

His daughter Jenn returned to Clarinda in 2006 to help out with the family business. She obtained her real estate license in Arizona 2002 and decided to join her dad in the Clarinda market in 2010 and get her Iowa license.

Jenn moved back to the Clarinda area in 2006 to be close to family while raising her children with husband Shane Baumgart. She had held her real estate license in the states of Arizona and California prior to returning to Iowa. In 2010 she decided to get her Real Estate license and team up with her dad to start their own firm in 2011. She became a broker associate in 2013. She is happy to serve the community she was raised in and support the community by helping it grow and ensure success.
